Mini Tile Batt System (No Batt Pins)
This Over-the-Wheel Style Batt System is especially designed to fit smaller pottery wheels with NO batt pins. Ideal for smaller Vevor Pottery Wheels, or portable wheels with wheelheads between 150mm to 230mm (6 to 9 inches diameter). If your wheel is bigger than 9 inches please click here to view our larger batt systems instead.
Made from our warp resistant premium MDF material.
It includes the following items:
– 1 x Master Batt (made to fit either a standard size 6 inch diameter wheelhead – or choose the bespoke option)
– 1 x Stay-Put Batt Rug (made from a synthetic non-animal Product)
– 5 x 100mm tile inserts (made from 6mm thickness premium MDF)
– 1 x Stay-Put Batt Rug (made from a synthetic non-animal Product)
– 5 x 100mm tile inserts (made from 6mm thickness premium MDF)

Before buying:
Always measure your wheel before ordering (please don’t rely on manufacturers guidelines alone as this can be unreliable). Please click here for our video guide to measuring your wheelhead.
If you don’t see your wheelhead size listed on our website, just select ‘Bespoke’ and enter your own diameter measurement in the “Bespoke” box. We will then make you something custom-fit.
All of our Batt Systems are made for wheels with no batt pins, and are specifically designed to be slightly bigger than your wheelhead measurement. This is essential in order for the master batt to go on and off easily.
To Use:
Soak the Batt Rug in water. Place flat and smooth on the wheel. Then place the master batt on top, and use the tile inserts as required. Throw!
