NEW Refer-a-Friend and Reward Scheme
The H&N refer-a-friend and reward scheme is back and refreshed for the launch of our new website! As these schemes will now work a bit differently, we have put together a helpful guide to help you start earning vouchers and getting rewards!
2. Sign in to the grey rewards widget in the bottom left of the screen using your account details
3. Make purchases to earn loyalty points, you earn 1 point for every £1 spent.
4. Redeem vouchers using your earned points, through the “Ways to redeem” section on the rewards widget.
5. Apply these vouchers at checkout to receive money off future orders, you can find these voucher codes in the “Your rewards” section of the rewards widget.

3. Share your link from the “Refer your friends” section of the rewards widget to a friend who hasn’t purchased from Hartley & Noble before.
4. Your friend can then use this link, which will bring them to the website with a special popup on the rewards widget.
5. They can then enter their email address and click the “Claim your gift” button.
6. The rewards widget will provide a voucher code alongside an “Apply to cart” prompt. Click the two grey boxes to copy the code for later.
7. At checkout, the voucher may then be applied on qualifying orders (minimum total product value – £80 ex. VAT) to get 5% off their first purchase.
8. Once this purchase has been made, you will receive a £10 off voucher in the “Your rewards” section of the Rewards widget – this has no minimum order amount.
Terms & Conditions
- For your purchase to qualify for loyalty points usage, you must be signed into your online account at the time of making any purchases on our website. It is not possible to use loyalty points after making a purchase.
- Loyalty points can only be used to pay towards physical goods on our website.
- Loyalty points cannot be exchanged or refunded and have no cash / monetary value.
- Loyalty points cannot be transferred between customers or accounts.
- We are not responsible for rewards, benefits and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.
- Loyalty points are valid for a calendar year after they were earned. After this time, they will expire.
- The Refer-a-friend scheme is only valid if the customer referred has never made an order with Hartley & Noble. You may not refer yourself.
- The Loyalty Point Rewards & Vouchers scheme and the Refer-a-Friend scheme are run at the sole discretion of Hartley & Noble Ltd. We may, at our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these terms, or any aspect of the scheme at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.
