Lots of our customers are kind enough to tell their pottery friends, community studios, and pottery supply stores about our lovely products. As a way of saying thank you, we are offering you LOYALTY POINTS when someone you have referred to us places their first order.
Each time you refer a new customer to us, and they complete an order to the value of £100 or more, you will receive £10 worth of H&N Loyalty Points. The new customer will receive a free gift with their order.
Here's how it works..
1) Register as a customer on our website www.hartleyandnoble.co.uk
2) Tell your friends or social media followers about Hartley & Noble and our Loyalty Points Scheme.
3) Tell your friend or social media followers to quote your name and email address when they place an order over £100.
5) When your friend places their first order (product value over £100 exc' shipping), we will pop a free gift in with their shipment. AND we will credit your customer account with £10 worth of Loyalty Points.
6) You can use your Loyalty Points to pay towards your next order at www.hartleyandnoble.co.uk. Your points will be visible in your customer account when you log in and checkout an order.
7) Give yourselves a big old pat on the back for supporting our small business, and bagging yourselves a free gift and a cheeky discount to spend on our pottery goodies.
Terms & Conditions..
* Loyalty Points will be valid and active on your registered customer account.
* For your purchase to qualify for the loyalty points, you must be signed into your online account at the time of making any purchases on our website. It is not possible to use Loyalty Points retrospectively (after making a purchase).
* Loyalty Points are only available to individuals for their personal use only, the scheme is limited to one account per individual.
* Loyalty Points can only be used to pay towards physical goods that we manufacture, and the cost of shipping.
* Loyalty Points cannot be exchanged or refunded and have no cash / monetary value.
* The Hartley & Noble Loyalty Point Scheme is only valid for NEW customer referrals.
* If the person using the code is a returning customer, the Loyalty Point Scheme is not applicable (I.e. No points will be awarded, and no free gift given).
* Loyalty Points cannot be transferred between customers or accounts.
* We are not responsible for rewards, benefits and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.
* This Loyalty Point Scheme is run at the sole discretion of Hartley & Noble Ltd. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Loyalty Scheme Terms, or any aspect of the scheme at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.
