Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to countries all over the world.  Just select your country when adding your shipping details.  Shipping costs will be shown at the checkout before you pay for your order.  If you can’t find your country listed, just email us at sales@hartleyandnoble.co.uk and let us know.  We are always happy to add new shipping options.

Do I really need to measure my wheel?

Can I just read the manufacturer’s information online to work out the measurements?
Always measure your own wheel so that we can make you a system that fits perfectly.  Every wheel is individual and Information found online or from friends can sometimes be inaccurate.  You can find our quick measuring guides here on our website - Click Here

Will a 300mm batt be ok on my 302mm wheel?

No.  Always measure your own wheel and if you can’t find your specific size listed then choose our ‘Bespoke’ option.  This is usually at no extra cost.  We will make you a bespoke batt system that fits your wheel perfectly.  You can find our wheel measuring guide here on our website - Click Here

What if my wheel size isn’t listed in the options?

That’s okay – we offer a bespoke service.  Simply follow these steps.
1) Measure your own wheel using our measuring guide. You can find it here on our website - Click Here
2) On the product page, choose ‘bespoke’ or select the size that is closest to yours from the drop down box options.  3) Enter your own measurements in the ‘Bespoke Design’ box on the product page.

If I send you a photo of my wheel, can you tell me how big it is?

We are always happy to help advise you so you can take quick and easy, accurate measurements.  However, responsibility for the accuracy of your measurements lies with you.  We cannot take responsibility for interpreting photos and videos you send us – this is because camera angles, lighting, and focus can make them unreliable. Your own view of your wheel is always the most accurate.

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and will depend on the weight of your order, and dimensions of the box it needs to be shipped in.  You will be able to see how much shipping will cost before you decide whether to complete your order and make payment.  

What if I ordered the wrong size and my batt system doesn’t fit my wheel?

Is the ‘Stay-Put Batt Rug’ made of animal free products?
Yes! It’s made from a synthetic material that is not sourced from animals.

What shipping option should I choose?

Shipping options are shown in the drop down boxes when you checkout your order.  
Small Parcels & Letters - you can choose from a ‘Tracked’ or ‘Untracked’ service.
Larger parcels – we always use a tracked courier service.  Just select the cheapest cost option from the drop down box options shown to you at the checkout.  We will email you your tracking details when we ship your order.
