If you add this service on to your order please ensure that you email us at sales @hartleyandnoble.co.uk as soon as you pay for your order. This is so that we bring your order to the top of our schedule as quickly as possible.
If you would like your order manufacturing sooner then you can select our 'expedited service' and we will add your items to our fast-track manufacturing schedule. They will be made within 5 working days of receiving your payment. We will then ship them out using the shipping method you select during the checkout process.
If you select this option, please email us separately at email@example.com to confirm your requirements - and then your order will be given priority.
You will get confirmation of the status of your order when it is dispatched to the courier and begins it's journey to your delivery address. The courier will inform you of the tracking information so that you can track your delivery's progress.
This process is really only needed for batt systems and bespoke orders because tools are typically in stock and do not need expedited manufacturing
Please note that this service will ensure that your items are made more quickly. But we cannot fast-track the shipping process. During the COVID pandemic, there will be fluctuations in the length of time parcels take to reach their destination. New customs procedures put in place at EU borders from the 1st of January, will also affect how long it takes for you to receive your order. It may take up to 4 weeks for EU customers to receive parcels at present. EU customers will be liable to pay customs duties and local taxes when the parcel reaches it's destination country. We are not liable for these charges.
