How to track your parcel in Europe.

Once your order has left the United Kingdom and has reached your destination country, it will go through the customs clearance process.   Please monitor your tracking information regularly to keep up date and ensure that you arrange to pay any taxes or duties that are due.  Once it is cleared through customs, your parcel will be handed over to your National Postal Service to complete the final part of its journey to your delivery address.

Please find a list below of all the national postal services within Europe.  If you experience any problems receiving your parcel, please go to your postal service website and contact them to discuss this with them.  Once your parcel has left the UK, Hartley & Noble is not able to talk directly with European Postal Services - it is your responsibility to raise any issues or questions directly with them.
