If you're looking for a new master batt to fit the tiles of your Classic Russian Doll Batt System then this is the product for you. This batt is made to fit wheels that have batt pin bolts in the wheelhead.

Includes the following items:

- 1 x Master Batt to fit your wheelhead

(Please note this item does not include tiles inserts. It is intended to be a replacement or extra master batt for your existing tiles.  If you are looking for a complete batt system please click here).

How to order

Always measure your wheel before ordering - click here to view our video guide. Then choose your size from the drop down box options. If you don't see your size listed, please enter your measurements in the "Bespoke" box and we will make you a custom system to fit your wheel.

A minimum wheelhead size of 300mm is needed for this system. If you have a smaller wheelhead please click here to ask about our new Mini-Russian Doll System.

How to look after this product

Please do not leave soaking in water.  
To clean just wipe with a damp sponge to remove any clay.
Remove the batts from wheel when not in use.
Do not stack these batts together when wet or damp.
Do not leave to dry near sources of direct heat (such as your kiln), this may cause warping.
Do not use metal scourers or screwdrivers on these batts.
