ORDERS PLACED DURING THE CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR PERIOD

We always work hard to get your items made and shipped to you as quickly as possible. All Hartley & Noble products are made in our small workshop in the UK.  We have a good stock of our standard sized products that are usually ready to ship within one week.

Bespoke size items, and products made to fit batt pin holes are usually made-to-order. Our usual turnaround time for made-to-order items is 10 to 15 working days. This means that we aim to ship them to you within a maximum of 15 working days of the date you paid for them.

We process all orders chronologically (this means that we prioritise your order based on the date that you placed it). For example, if you place an order on the 2nd of December, for items that are in stock, we will ship it to you within one working week. However, if your items need to be made-to-order they will be shipped to you within 15 working days (i.e by the 16th of December). If your order is urgent, please contact us to request our fast-track service.

We will be open until the 24th of December 2024, and we will continue to process orders as normal up until this time.

The Hartley & Noble workshop will close for the Christmas holidays from Tuesday 24th of December 2024, and will reopen on Monday 6th of January 2025.  Our website will remain open for you to place your orders over the holiday period, but no orders will be made or shipped while we are closed.  We will begin processing orders as soon as we reopen on the 6th of January, and we will email you with updates.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DATES

Our final postal shipping collection date before we close for the Christmas holidays is Tuesday 24th of December.

Orders being shipped outside of the UK - To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend that you place it by the 11th of November 2024. This will give us time to design and make your items, ship them to you, and for them to complete the Customs export process.
