Bisque Tile Over-the-Wheel Batt & Rug

Do you throw on bisque tiles?  Does your wheelhead have NO batt pins.  Then this is the tile batt system for you!
Our Bisque Tile Over-the-Wheel Batt & Rug is designed to hold both bisque tiles and our premium MDF tile inserts.  The Master Batt is precision cut to hold your own 4 inch or 6 inch square, 6mm deep bisque tiles.

This Bisque Tile Over-the-Wheel Batt System includes the following items:

- 1 x Master Batt made from our 12mm thick, premium quality, water resistant MDF.  It is built to last, super smooth, and warp resistant.  
- 1 x Stay-Put Batt Rug (Made from a synthetic non animal sourced product).

When ordering your Bisque Tile Master Batt, please measure the bisque tiles you intend to use with it.  As standard, we make this batt to fit 4 inch or 6 inch bisque tiles.  If your bisque tiles are a different size please just enter your tile size in the 'Bespoke Design' box and we will make your master batt to fit.  

We cannot be responsible for minor variations in bisque tile sizes that you have in your studios, so sometimes it may be necessary for you to carry out some light sanding of the master batt aperture to make it fit your individual tiles when you receive it. Alternatively you can send us a sample of the tiles you use and we will manufacture your system to fit your tile perfectly. We will return the tile to you with your new batt.

Additional details:
The diameter of the batt is made-to-measure according to the size you select when placing your order. 
If your precise measurement is not listed in the options shown, please enter your measurements in the "Bespoke Design" box.  We will then use this information to cut you a bespoke master batt.

How to use:

Soak the Stay-Put Batt Rug in water and squeeze gently to remove excess water.  Place on the wheel and flatten. Then place the master batt on top.  Insert your bisque tiles, and throw!

Turnaround Time
Due to the variety of products and sizes that we offer, most of our items are made to order.  Our current manufacturing time for standard orders is 15 working days.  For bespoke orders requested using the 'Bespoke Design' option, or emailed to us separately, manufacturing time may be longer. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will try prioritise it if our other customer commitments allow.

How to look after me:

Please do not leave your batt or tiles soaking in water.  Wood is a natural product and this could cause swelling or warping.
Dry vertically on the side. 
To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.  
Do not use abrasive scourers or scraping tools.

Bespoke Orders

Please note that if an order is placed with bespoke features, or a specific size is requested using the 'Bespoke Design' option, it will not be possible to offer any exchange products or refunds unless the items supplied are faulty or do not meet your ordered specification.
