Bisque Tile Master Batt

Do you throw on bisque tiles?  Does your pottery wheel have batt pins? Then this system is perfect for you! Our Bisque Tile Master Batt is designed to fit your wheel and hold bisque tiles as well as our premium MDF tile inserts.  
 

This Bisque Master Tile Master Batt includes the following items:

- 1 x Master Batt manufactured using our 6mm Premium MDF. 

- The Master Batt is precision cut to hold your own 4 inch or 6 inch square, 6mm deep bisque tiles.

- We use our premium quality, water resistant MDF which is built to last, super smooth, and warp resistant.

When ordering your Bisque Tile Master Batt, please measure the bisque tiles you intend to use with it.  As standard, we make this batt to fit 4 inch or 6 inch bisque tiles.  If your bisque tiles are a different size please just enter your tile size in the 'Bespoke Design' box and we will make your master batt to fit.  Alternatively you can also send us a sample of the tiles you use and we will manufacture your system to fit your tile perfectly.  We will return the tile to you with your new batt. 

Due to minor variations in the size of bisque tiles that are on the market, it may be necessary for you to carry out some hand finishing to ensure the perfect fit.  If you find your bisque tiles are slightly snug for your master batt, we recommend that you take a light grade sand paper, on a flat block, and gently, evenly, sand around each edge of the bisque tile until you achieve the desired fit in your master batt.

The diameter of the batt is made-to-measure according to the size you select when placing your order. 
Please measure your wheelhead using an accurate tape measure, taking the measurement straight through the centre of the wheel head.  For guidance please click here; Taking Your Wheelhead measurements
If your precise measurement is not listed in the options shown, please enter your measurements in the "Bespoke Design" box.  We will then use this information to cut you a bespoke master batt.

Please do not leave your batt or tiles soaking in water.  Wood is a natural product and this could cause swelling or warping.
Dry vertically on the side. 
To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.  
Do not use abrasive scourers or scraping tools.

Turnaround Time
Due to the variety of products and sizes that we offer, most of our items are made to order.  Our current manufacturing time for standard orders is 15 working days.  For bespoke orders requested using the 'Bespoke Design' option, or emailed to us separately, manufacturing time may be longer. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will try prioritise it if our other customer commitments allow.

Please note that if an order is placed with bespoke features, or a specific size is requested using the 'Bespoke Design' option, it will not be possible to offer any exchange products or refunds unless the items supplied are faulty or do not meet your ordered specification. 

Please be advised that we may choose to add any bespoke designs to our product catalogue at a later date.
