How to place your order (available for Tile Batt Systems only).

1. First of all, place the Batt System that you'd like to order in your online shopping basket.
2. Then select what you'd like engraving using the drop-down options on this product page. 
3. Once you have completed and paid for your order, email us to confirm what you'd like engraving onto your items. You can choose ONE of the engraving options below:

• Your Initials
• Your Name (Maximum of two words)
• Your Pottery Business Name (Maximum of three words)
• An SVG file of your Logo (Maximum dimensions 70mm x 40mm)
• An SVG file of your own custom design image (Maximum dimensions 70mm x 40mm)

So that your design fits onto the space available on the Batt System, your logo or custom design must be a MAXIMUM SIZE of 70mm (wide) x 40mm (high).

Due to the nature of laser engraving it is only possible for us to engrave a single colour (black). We cannot engrave colour or shades of colour. The standard font that we use to engrave initials and names is Bodoni MT. You can see an example of what this looks like in Photograph 2 of this product.

Once your order has been received, our team will laser your design onto your items. Every engraved item will then undergo a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our high standards before shipping.

Turnaround time - this is a bespoke / customised order. Please click here to view the likely timescale for the design and manufacturing of your order. Please note - Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all customisation details are correct before finalising your order. We cannot be responsible for any errors that you make with spelling or image quality.
