5 Extra Tile Inserts for Bisque Batt Systems

This pack of five extra tiles is specifically made to fit our Bisque Tile Batt System.

They are are manufactured from our premium MDF material. 
You can choose from 4" or 6" size tiles.

If the Bisque tiles you use are not exactly this size please advise and we can manufacture them accordingly. 
Adding extra tiles to your system enables you to throw more quickly and efficiently, and gives you the flexibility to carry on throwing while your other finished pieces are drying. 
They are a space-saving dream, taking up very little space on your drying shelves. 
Customers comment on how extra tiles have resulted in quicker throwing times. 

Please note that wood is a natural product and as such will change over time and use.  We precision cut these extra tiles so they fit our batt systems perfectly when leaving our workshop.  When purchasing tiles several months after your original system, it may be necessary to carry out some minor hand finishing at home.  If you find your tiles are slightly snug for your original batt, we recommend that you take a light grade sand paper, on a flat block, and gently, evenly, sand around each edge of the tile until you achieve the desired fit in your master batt.  

How to look after me:

Our Products work wonderfully at the wheel, but please do not leave them soaking in water.  Wood is a natural Product and this could cause swelling or warping.
To clean just wipe with a damp sponge to remove any clay.
Remove the batts from wheel when not in use.
Do not stack these batts together, pleased dry & store vertically..
Do not use metal scourers or screwdrivers on these batts as this can damage the protective laminate layer, and cause damage to your batt.
